The physical activity that is beneficial for the health is moderate intensity that you do daily or almost every day, with a minimum of 30 minutes a day.

The recommended duration depends on the intensity. If you cannot do physical activity of moderate intensity, you can do 60 minutes of mild intensity. The 30/60 minutes are advised, but can be distributed in periods of 10-15 minutes throughout the day. The greater duration of our daily physical activity, you will increase your health benefits for the better.

For ease of implementation, the daily minimum can be integrated into everyday activities such as brisk walking during work, climbing stairs, etc. This minimum daily physical activity is essential. Performing exercises and activities 2 to 3 times a week can improve fitness overall.
